How to pick up your order:
Our warehouse is located on the ground floor of Maxcity, you can collect the products here.
If you chose personal collection at Maxcity when placing your order, you must first visit our showroom on the 2nd floor to collect the products. The final invoice for the order will be prepared here, and you will receive the document necessary for product collection here. After that, if you parked in the customer parking lot, you will have to go around the building and, upon arriving at the location specified at the cashier, you will receive your products from the warehouse colleagues.
If you ordered a smaller product (home decoration accessory), in that case you will receive your products in the store. If you arrange your own delivery to receive your products, in that case the carrier must also proceed as described above.
In the case of your own delivery, the customer is responsible for loading the goods into their vehicle.
After the entire order has arrived at the warehouse, you must arrange for the payment for the product (if you have not already done so) and its removal from our warehouse in MaxCity within 7 working days. If this time is exceeded, we will charge a storage fee of 500 HUF / day / product upon receipt of the goods.

Still unable to deliver your order in person?
If you are unable to deliver the product in person, you can notify us after receiving the order that you would like to request delivery. In the case of larger furniture, our professional furniture delivery partner will deliver it to your home and, if required, assemble your ordered products. Our delivery and assembly partner's colleagues will be happy to assist you. After submitting the delivery/assembly request, they will contact you within 72 hours, agree on the delivery date and provide the delivery fee based on the delivery address and the weight of the products, which you will have to pay in cash when you personally receive the product. If you would like to request an invoice for the delivery in your company name, please inform them of this during the telephone consultation. If you would like to request assembly, it is important to know that it is performed at a separate time and has a separate fee.

Did you experience a problem after unpacking your order?
If you have noticed damage, a defect or a shortage on your product that you received in undamaged packaging, please contact our customer service with confidence. If you send an e-mail, please include your order or final invoice number in your letter, and send a few pictures of the product and write a few sentences about the problem, in order to facilitate the administration. If you contact them by phone, please also prepare your final invoice or order.

As soon as the goods arrive at the collection point, you will receive a notification via SMS. Packages can be collected at Posta, Mol and COOP stores for 5 days. If the parcel is not collected within the given time, the nearest post office will keep the parcel for 10 days. In the case of returned parcels that are not collected, the return fee will be charged to the customer, and the parcel can only be resent if the value of the parcel has been paid in advance.

Other information about delivery:After processing the order and assembling the package, we will hand over the package to the delivery company. During the assembly of the package, we will send you detailed information by e-mail about which company will deliver your order. After this, all information (e-mail or telephone) will be handled by the delivery companies.
In order to facilitate any subsequent claim, we recommend that the Customer, if possible, thoroughly check the package and the Product(s) at the time of delivery. The Customer may report any objections regarding the delivery and the order items to the Service Provider's subcontractor in the presence of the delivery company, by recording a report.
We apologize if our Customer's package was damaged during delivery despite our careful packaging. We can only enforce our claim for compensation against the delivery company if we notify them within 72 hours of receipt. Therefore, we ask the Customer to check the contents of their package within 72 hours of receipt, because we can only accept reports of possible damage until then.
If a Product or any of its components is damaged upon receipt, we ask the Customer to notify the Service Provider within 3 working days at the specified contact details. The Service Provider cannot accept warranty reports related to product damage after 3 working days of receipt.
